Restaurant/Professional Quality Charcoal. Where to buy?

Does anyone know of any shop/supplier that sells restaurant quality lumpwood charcoal?

I am not looking for the charcoal from a Chino/supermarket, the pieces are too small and spark a lot.

Where would the restaurants that have a grill buy theirs from?

Last time I saw the restaurant owner from one of the Wok restaurants by La Siesta he was buying charcoal from the Chinese shop next to Mercadona in San Luis.

The lumpwood charcoal shouldn't 'spark' at all, no matter where you buy it from. However,|'ve found that the square shaped 'charcoal briquettes' are a bugger for it. Apparently, they're just compressed sawdust impregnated with some sort of flammable liquid.
