white electric meter

Before i got a new white meter might be a smart not sure i was able to read my old black one quite easily .Even the bill told you dates of last and current readings and how much used.These new meters seem to change numbers all the time when i look and the bills now just tell uou how many kws used.Anyone know a way to read these meters in simpleton terms please.

Try this...it's from Endesa, but my meter works (and is read) in exactly the same way, with the same 1.18.1, 1.18.2 etc. readings depending on the tariff being used when the meter is read.
