How do I cancel a hospital appointment

My partner was unwell but now feels better and wants to cancel an appointment at the Torry hospital in 10 days time.
Can she visit the quesada med centre and cancel or is there a number to ring at the hospital.

Have you tried to cancel on the app or patient portal?
I’m sure I’ve seen the facility in there to cancel appointments.

Hi Lynn has the portal changed only I've been trying to get in for a couple of days now on the app GVA Salut, via mobile phone, as I usually do and it accepts my 4 digit code and green ticks it then a box comes up saying code incorrect, are you aware of any changes recently?
