Hello,
What is the normal price range for keyholding a holiday quad house? Let's say a couple of property checks a month. I see very different prices, from 180 EUR to 400 EUR for whole year. The keyholding company must be a reliable one of course.

I pay €180 for 2 visits per month. No issues

We use Merry Maids who advertise on here. Excellent service.
