Got an Email not addressing me personnaly the email address from sender looked shady : Bankinter

Not a scam. We had to provide our NI numbers to the bank and all to do with the EU money laundering guidelines.

If it were a scam they wouldn't have said go to a branch. Try ringing the number on your card if you doubt the one they've given you.

It's the email address seems unusual

Had the same email. I went into Bankinter this morning and all they wanted was my UK national Insurance number. Done in 5 minutes.

Thanks HPR, i prob wont be over till August, i would email it if buti dont think they take it like that
