Mobile Telephone

Mobile Telephone

Why am I being bombarded with phone calls asking me to take out a contract with numerous different companies?I used to be happy with hitsmobile on PAYG until they were bought by Masmovil.Their customer service is poor particularly if you don't speak Spanish.I do not have a smartphone and have no need for apps or data yet they put me on 19.99€ monthly inc.data.I have not paid this and am waiting to be cut off.So now I am looking for another company to suit the needs of an infrequent phone user.Someone must have ben spreading my details around which is,I suppose, the way it works nowadays.

Have you thought about just going on a PAYG plan and sim?

I have tried both Lebara and Movistar, with Movistar coming out on top as they give you 6 months to top up without cutting you off, where as Lebara give you 2-3 months.

If you don't have a smartphone then simply use a PAYG SIM. Llamaya and Lebara are two who do that. Just top up the SIM with 5 euro now and again and you will just get and send calls and SMS messages if that's all you want.

PAYG is what I need because I am a very infrequent phone user. No friends is what I've been told.

Lebara pay as you go. Top it up in 3 months or before if you run out of credit
