As an archetypal Yorkshireman,if I think something is too expensive I tend to leave it where it is and find a cheaper alternative.Failing that I'll do without.

So we are no longer able to use the Chinese restaurants or shops, the Japanese and Indian restaurants are now off limits then. I was really looking forward to that Hungarian restaurant in Torrevieja but I must now find a Spanish one only.
Oh, and in UK I regularly used a shop called Bodega for buying Spanish wine, chorizos, queso semi curado. Looks like I'll be stuck with Tesco for English wine, Richmond sausages and mousetrap cheddar.
Welcome to a world where choice is everything. If Chrisdee wants a pie then tell here which Spanish shops sell the ones she wants and not a tuna one or one with a burger and egg in it.
Or even, heaven forbid, a Spanish butcher that sells a leg of pork with the crackling still on it.

Up above where Quesada fish and chips is, in the little shopping complex with Quesada gold and the hearing aid centre is. Lovely couple who do nice cakes and pies.

That's your reply for most things, yawn, yawn, yawn. Also see you like a roast dinner, is that a UK roast dinner or Spanish?
