COPD Oxygen Concentrators for sale

I have a Inogen One G3 portable Oxygen concentrator for sale. Cost 2600 euros about 5 years ago would like to have 500 euros now.

Also have a Philips Respironics mains powered oxygen concentrator that cost 700 euros 4 years ago. I would like 350 euros ono for this.

Am interested however would like to know if both have been serviced in the last respective 5 / 4 years.

Already have same oxygen units so looking for backup and main unit for bedroom.
