Cancelling Convenio Especial

Has anybody recently cancelled their Convenio Especial healthcare subscription?
I have searched TQ and found similar posts but nothing recent.
Just wondering if it's as simple as cancelling the direct debit or is there a particular form to complete.

Hi you just need to cancel your DD. Did it a few years ago when I got my S1.
