Suitable hotel for dogs

Hi we are looking for a suitable hotel close to the outskirts of Barcelona when we start travelling back. On the way down we stayed at a BB just outside Barcelona which was good but all the rooms are carpeted, we had to pay 100 Euros just as insurance if the dogs did anything wrong in the room. Even though our dogs are pretty good it’s a lot to lose for an accident.

I've used hotel basic in villa Franca del penedes just before Barcelona on the way back to UK very close to the motorway also had cheap petrol just around the corner I think I have the details let me know if you want them.
