Postby jarvy » Wed Apr 26, 2023 3:57 pm

Hi I'm looking at Dental practices around Quesada area, looking to have single implant fitted . Does anyone know the pricing? I have looked on same Dental practice's but not given much on price structure and any recommendation on which dentist,I'm non resident.
Prices in UK are extortionate around the figure of £2,500 for single implant
Many thanks
Chris

Put implant in the search box and you'll come up with loads of posts and recommendations plus pricing.

I’m planning to have an implant at some stage over in Spain.
Basically, they cannot provide an exact price initially. You will require a bone scan to ascertain that the bone will be strong enough to facilitate a post. If it isn’t, you’ll have to have something like a bone graft… can’t elaborate. If the bone is strong enough, it will take a period of about 12 months to get the post to knit into your mouth. Once the post is settled and robust, the dentist will fit a crown onto it The cost will be upwards of €1200 A lot cheaper than at home.
Do not even consider going to Turkey if you value your teeth/ health. If you have a property in Spain, you’ll be able to visit your dentist if experiencing pain or a problem. You can’t do that if popping over to Turkey for a quick procedure. Nephew’s wife is a dentist and has told me that getting this done in Spain will be fine but definitely not Turkey.
Hope this helps you. Good luck.

I’ve had a few implants (not in Spain) and it’s about a three month wait for the post to become secure in the bone, not 12 months.
