renewal of padron Torrevieja

Has anybody recently renewed a Padron in Torrevieja, if so do you go to the Padron office or the Prop office, conflicting information on www. thanks in advance for your help. Also, what paperwork do you need to take with you?

Our lawyers got ours, I asked 6 weeks ago and received it Tuesday , we pay a yearly retaining fee and we get a few benefits, getting a Padron for us is one of them, could your lawyer do it? I also think if you have a digital certificate you can get one yourself, I haven't and don't understand it all. Torrevieja certainly make things difficult, think it's easier Rojales/Quesada

I have seen 2 different replies from people to this question. One said make an appointment on line at the https://torrevieja.sedelectronica.es/citaprevia.0

The other one, which I would try first if I were you, said they just turned up at the Padron Office and were seen. They can only tell you to go away. There has been a lot of criticism lately of the Town Hall appointments system.

I always thought the Census office was at 22 Calle Union Musical in Torrevieja and the Registry Office was at the Town Hall. They must be using 2 places now to attend to people.
