Is it raining up your way, a lovely electrical storm here in Torrevieja

Yep, funny wet stuff coming out of the sky with lots of jiggly lightning all over the place.
Eased off now but still the thunder and lightning.

Can't remember the last time we had rain.

The holidaymakers won't be too pleased but the farmers will be delighted. Como agua de Mayo.

Don't think the farmers will be that chuffed as it was only for a short while. The visitors would have enjoyed the 34C temperatures today and our pools were certainly packed.
Maybe eating outside for half an hour would have been curtailed.
Already talking of bringing in water restrictions due to the lack of rain. What a difference from last year.

Yes we've had the storm in Orihuela and very welcome it's lovely and very fresh, brilliant!!

More thunder storms and a few drops of rain forecast for late Sunday night.
