Emergency number required

On my docs for home insurance it says 917 002 010 for 24 hour claims.
It also has an emergency locksmith (door opening) on 919 152 123 also 24 hours.

Oh dear tried ringing, got through and pressed 1 for the department I wanted then a man spoke in Spanish and the line went dead! So obviously not 24/7/365 lol

Well I hope I never get a problem out of hours as that's the one I have in my phone for out of hours.

The only time I've used them was on my car insurance when my battery failed on me but that was in hours.

The number I gave was the one listed for Home Insurance Claims 24 hours 365 days and for English customers. Doesn't appear to be working well.
