Women's Vuelta de Espana starts from Torrevieja today

I hadn't seen any publicity about this but the Inaugural Women's Vuelta de Espana starts with a time trial today from The Sports Palace around 12h30 and does a 14.5km circuit of Torrevieja with Finish Line at Los Locos beach scheduled for 12h52

Oh my good gawd, we were trying to take a friend's husband into a care home down on the beach, couldn't get there, all the side streets were closed off, people were having to go up and down streets the wrong way to try and get back on track, absolutely mental. She's taken him back home and will attempt it later after 3
