Interesting - I have just had money taken out of my bank account and reading the posts I am guessing it is my car tax. For the last 2 years I have seen money disappear from my account without any notice to the council - no email or letter telling me it is going to be deduted - maybe I should visit Pilar Town Hall to find out why as it is extremely difficut to budget as it can disappear with just one work Suma against the transaction but no indication what it is for! Does everyone get an advance notification out of interest? Thanks

Just had three Suma payments taken out of my account on the same day , one is for my car 100 euro plus , this is shown , but the other two for 39 and 34 euros i have no idea what they are for as it doesn't say, never had this happen before
I might need to pop into the Suma office at playa flamenca to find out

One is for rubbish collection. The other for street maintenance which is a one off charge as explained a couple of times. Although the PF street one seems a lot higher than others which are generally less than 10euro.

62.69€ taken out our account on the 5th May. Taxes Suma Gestion Tributaria.
No email .... might have a letter in our post box when we get back in a few weeks time. We are in Quesada/Rojales and our first year of suma bills.

The SUMA calendar for payments has been posted on here several times. Same time ranges, with a slight variation, every year.

Thanks for the info M, you have saved me a wasted journey
I think they are having a laugh concerning street maintenance , especially where i live in blue lagoon, weeds and rubbish everywhere, they should be refunding us not charging

Is there a published list of SUMA rates - per area - for things like rubbish collection and street maintenance?

If there is, then at least people could check the amounts taken against the list, to at least give them some peace of mind.

I (non-resident) get notice (by email) of my car payment, but I don't get notice of other SUMA payments.

Also even I was with a bank, I had a detailed SUMA receipt, but now I'm with WISE, I don't get anything at all.
