Tomorrow you may get an emergency text on your phone as they will be testing the service throughout the vega baja area

only works on phone with 4 and 5g technology so I read as the alerts are only sent fom 4g and 5g signal masts so if your phone is only 3g you will not receive the signal .

If it only works on 4 & 5 G then my old Nokia that I charge once a week should be well out of the equation

That's going to come as a shock to all those driving through the Vega Baja, at least we know it's coming.

Well it's been on Murcia news, The Leader, Facebook, all the Spanish papers so shouldn't be too much of a surprise.

Thanks for that, but have just returned from being away for 2 weeks so have not read any papers of any kind or watched TV or social media or news of any kind. So we are some of those that were unaware.
