A Freesat box will bear the Freesat logo, will receive all the Freesat channels including regional ones according to the UK postcode you put in, and provide the proper Freesat EPG which you won't get on this type of box.

You'll get most of the Freesat channels but usually scattered about in a jumble of the hundreds of channels it will find on a scan of the Astra satellite cluster.

Not wrong with it but anyone buying and expecting it to work like a proper Freesat box would likely be disappointed.
