Broken lock on washing machine door

Couldn’t believe it. The door on my washing machine refused to open. I got my hubby to take a look and he managed to break the plastic piece inside the door pull. Going home tomorrow. Piles of washing sitting waiting to get into it.
I ’phoned NESTOR and he was here in 10 minutes. Took the door off and headed off to get a part. Back 20 minutes later. Door fixed and 2 washes now on the line.
NESTOR speaks English and is an electrician, plumber, repairs appliances and is so capable.
I’m so thankful to have a reliable service engineer who has never met me down
