Civil Protection Alert

My UK phone received the message, my husbands spanish phone didn't both phones 4 & 5g ??

My Ukrainian neighbour also got her alert. Not a scam.

I have hearing aids that are connected to my phone by bluetooth. I nearly jumped out of my skin when it went off. I was looking for something in the freezer and I thought I'd broken it! When I saw the message, it was in English, I pressed OK and then, a minute or so later, it went off again and I got the message in Spanish.

UK did same rest a few days earlier. In our household, phones went off at different times (or not at Al) depending on the network provider
