Please could someone recommend a reliable broadband service provider. I am currently with Telfy who I am having problems with in terms of billing and service.

I’ve been with Telecable for over 5 years. No problem turning on and off and very quick to sort out any network problems too.

YogiBear39, Where are DVBLAB based please and any contact details.
I used to be able to switch on/off with them.
However they transferred me to GoFibra based on Quesada, who don’t allow me to switch off when not in Spain.
Apparently DVBLAB transferred all their El Raso customers to Go Fibra.
I’m based on El Raso and I know I pay more for continuous supply than intermittent.
Any advice appreciated. T.I.A.

I'm sure Gofibre do what you want but probably not on your contract, you may have to change it, get a new one, go and and speak with them again. They are now called Vega fibra

Vega fibra have different contract prices

Pay by standing order monthly this is a yearly contract with lowest monthly price

Or you can have switch on and off when you are here which monthly is more expensive

Or you can pay by the day however many days which works out more expensive over a month.

I’ve been with them for years never an issue

We have Meganet office near Gama. On off monthly cost 23 euros. Very strong signal and easy to deal with. (needs to be paid in cash for monthly service.
