TIE card collection in Torrevieja

Hi - Does anyone know where to go to collect your TIE card in Torrevieja? I went to my appointment at the police station place, but it isn’t clear where to collect from. The Facebook page I was directed to, shows my TIE is ready to collect, but tbh the experience of going there was not particularly enjoyable and I found it a bit overwhelming (thanks to “grumpy” cop on the door, though the other one inside was “nice” cop). Has to be done, so it is what it is! I have looked online, but again, confusing. Any ideas?

I'd try there for collection, have it ready in Google translate saying, I've come to collect my TIE card and see what happens

Yes, that’s the same address I went to - will go back there, then. With any luck I’ll run in to “grumpy” cop

They can be grumpy sods but have it either ready on Google translate or written down ready for them on paper a bar of chocolate brightens them up too, sometimes!

Are they doing the TIE in Torrevieja? They were only renewing Spanish DNI and Passports. I thought it was Alicante you had to go to for TIE. Maybe that has changed.

When I was looking to book the appointment, the only ones that came up were at Torrevieja and Denia. It’s luck of the draw, but it took me days of being online and checking every hour to even just find one appointment. I don’t know about the Alicante thing….not been here long enough
