They do couples massage at La Laguna Hotel Spa but unfortunately it’s not that great.

I can recommend Beatriz - based in Torrevieja.

Beatriz is also a well-known Spanish teacher in the area

I believe she's Bulgarian, but she speaks perfect English (and Spanish, obviously!!).

She and her mum will come to your home and will do the couples massage for you, at a very reasonable price.
