External Painting

We're due to get keys to a bungalow next month which requires painting. We aim to do this ourselves but need some help in translation.
We need to use a fungicidal wash and a stabilizing solution prior to painting, can you advise of products in Spain that would suit. Also a quality white paint.
On a separate issue, is there somewhere close to Quasada/Benijofar where I could hire a circular saw and a jigsaw for cutting sheet timber.

If the info is any help, We just bleached ours, 30 / 70 water mix, rollered it on, killed anything green. Then diluted UPVA solution, then painted. It’s lasted well. Despite best efforts though it always seems come back again after a couple of years or more. Just the nature of the climate and wall coverings i spose. Good luck
