Sports Physio Needed

I am looking for a genuine Sports Physio. Not the run of the mill ones but someone who specialises in Football injuries such as torn ligaments, pulled muscles and damaged nerves. Obviously English speaking would be a bonus.
Please let me know if you can help or guide me in the right direction.

I tore all the ligaments in my ankle last year. Once the plaster was removed, I went to Sergio at Go Clinic in Rojales. He soon had me off my crutches & walking again
