Are in the UK and have astro down 10 years plus. Always used disinfectant for astro turf for dog urine, freshly cut grass is nice, no doggy smells (look on Amazon. ) Or you can use watered down bleach. We are bringing our dog over next week and I am raking my brain where I can find a bit of grass for him, may end up get a little piece of astro just for him!!

We use white vinegar and water mixture and regular hosing down. The vinegar kills the uric acid in the urine

Try putting Bicarbonate of soda over the artificial grass. Allow it to absorb the urine. I’d put it on at night time and vacuum it up the next day. Bicarbonate of soda will neutralise the odour.
If you watch BBC 1 in the morning, there’s a lady who does a slot on cleaning our homes, looking after trainers, furniture etc., her favourite product is Bicarbonate of soda. I’ve used it for years especially on spilt milk inside the car, trainers and anything that smells.

Agree, it's a good clean all product, good as a slug deterrent in the garden also.
