Slow broadband service

Hi all, does anyone use DvbLab's 10mb wifi service? How acceptable is the speed for browsing and emailing? It would be great to hear from anyone with good experience of this service. Thanks Ian.

I have stuck on the 10Mb service and haven't changed to the fibre optic. Find it great for what I want but don't download films or large files. Ideal for browsing, emails and so on.
Been with them for 15 years and any minor glitches are sorted out very quickly. But fibre optic service is about the same price although I do get a landline phone and number with free calls to anywhere.

How do you receive the 'signal' ?
Do you have calls etc on the 10mb and what app ?
