Communal pool near Aldi opening times.

Hi all, we are in the process of buying a house in Quesada.

Our communal pool will be the one near Aldi, but it was closed for maintenance when we went for a look, and there didn't seem to be any mention of opening times.

Can anybody tell me when it's open please?

Times vary for each community, but water temperature sort of governs when you can use a pool - so basically May to September. But some close earlier than others of an evening and others may ‘officially’ close during siesta.
You may not see many people around the pool on your next visit. It depends how the community use the pool - most people have their swim and then return home, so are only there for a few minutes per day.
It’s best to ask your solicitor to ask the administrators of the community for a list of regulations, the opening hours will be listed on there - along with the regulations about the use of inflatables and consuming food and drink etc.
You’ll need to see the community regulations asap as they will also advise the rules on redecorating and construction work.

I have to give a word of warning here I do know of some unscrupulous estate agents who will point out a pool and say that is your pool, check first, as people have asked me as president for a pool key when they don’t live in the community

Thank you John, the property is quite close to the pool, so hopefully is as described, but I'll double check.
