Portable air con unit hardly used

Virtually new Portable air con unit purchased last summer 2022 from Leroy- used for 4 weeks only when grandchildren visited. Have receipt still. Details on photos. 150 euros Dona pepa area. Immaculate condition as hardly used.

Is it an air cooler or an air conditioner
Does it have the window kit for venting
