Can anyone recommend a handyman to sand down a table in quesada please?

This person asked for help. There is no need to turn it into a stupid irrelevant discussion. It's obvious 'sanding down' needs a carpenter or similar If you can't. If you cant help better to keep quiet.

Sometimes they have the electric sanders on offer at Aldi or Lidl, might be cheaper buy one and DIY to your own liking
