Lemons

Lemons

Postby Linda25 » Sun May 21, 2023 10:22 am

Just been to Zoco market with a friend who wanted to buy some lemons, not one veg/fruit stall had any lemons. Is there a shortage? Can’t believe no lemons in Spain!

I wish ours were flourishing like yours, we are only just getting the first crop , about ten or so showing at the moment between buds and small green immature ones
When we get some ripened i will be looking to make some home made limoncello , i found a great recipe needing about 7 to 10 lemons depending on the size
My sister loves this, the last time she came over to visit from the uk she was straight down the supermarket for a bottle , she will be back over when she finds out i am making some home made
