Podiatrist needed please

My husband has a very sore foot and was diagnosed the day before we travelled over here as having badly fallen arches.
This isn’t a new ailment and he wears orthotics in his shoes
Think he needs to have them upgraded. Is there an expert in this area that would see him?

UPDATE.
Saw Vanessa yesterday afternoon for 1.5 hours. Numerous tests, measurements etc., Most of his physical problems have stemmed from his foot problem eg hip and back pain.
New orthotics to be made and should be ready with the next 2 weeks. All in all, my husband feels much more relaxed about his situation and has every confidence in her diagnosis. Sometimes, when you understand the reason for the pain and discomfort, it all makes sense.
I’m so glad he got an appointment and is now on the road to being sorted out. A referral has been made fir him to see the podiatrist in (NI) but by the time we return home, he should be in a much better situation and will have a letter from Vanessa showing her findings.
