There's a Dutch supermarket in Benimar that sells an amazing array of herbs and spices from all cultures so there's a good chance that you'll find it there, if not you could always see if they could source it for you.

HI..as a substitute try..Ground black peppercorns...Ground coriander seeds and some lemon zest.

You could do a search on Amazon or Google.
Look for Hua Jiao Sichuan peppercorn. It is the prickly ash plant.
The fresh green variety is fantastic with fish.
