New IPTV provider

Im not even sure if that's the right name for it. I like to watch English TV, and when my husband was alive he used to organise all this sort of thing, but since he died, last October, I've had to do everything myself. But, one of the subscriptions ran out earlier this month, and the other one runs out beginning of August. But I don't know who or where to contact to renew. But I only want a subscription for 3 or 6 months at a time, because I am selling the house and going back to England. My question is, can anybody help me to get English TV again on a short term sub. Im not bothered who it's with, so long as I can still get my English tv.
