Cost of utilities and community fees in Quesada

Hi all,

I've read posts related to the cost of utilities and community fees from a few years back. Just wondering if anyone could share the current monthly costs in 2023 for a 1-2 beds property in Quesada for water, electric, rubbish collection and community fees on a community with gardens and a communal swimming pool,

I am compiling some info for comparison ahead of the AGM.

Water currently 35 euro a quarter (may go up if they reinstate the IVA on it)

Electric will obviously depend on how much you use, what power you are contracted for , what tariff you are on and so on. Our 3 bed semi with 5.75Kw on the 8 hour tariff currently around 45 euro a month but, of course. no heating or aircon at the moment.

Rubbish collection around 78 euro a year collected just once.
Community fees vary greatly. Some communities pay as little as 120 euro a year and others 120 a month, You need to ask the administrators or a neighbour how much they pay.

There's also council tax (IBI) which again varies. Ours is 242 a year. Depends on the rates value, the amount of floor and garden space, outbuildings and so on.

Yes, I know that costs in each community vary and the usage of the utilities too. I just want to get a rough estimate of the current cost for comparison.
