Our insurance company have just done this to us saying we've made too many claims, 3 in 3 years all for water leaks. Funny thing is that each claim has been less than our yearly policy so they're still in pocket, lol,

Same here insurance company has given notice on our insurance, after 2 years with them also for too many claims.

We had 1 water leak but the plumber the insurance company sent out was a cowboy and dug two holes in the driveway over 2 days and I was told each hole counted as a claim. I complained to the Insurance company and eventually they agreed to let me call Leaktech who found the leak under the bathroom floor tile.

They did pay out for the internal damage and repainting, it took 6 months for them to agree, so no complaints on the claim. My new insurance starts in July.
