Like to recommend Kim at quesada insurance, she went above and beyond, will use them again for all my insurances

Hi Lesley, I've never heard of a company with that name. Where is their office please?

I’d be interested aswell as I have just been notified by my insurance company that they are not renewing my policy. No explanation so I complained and still waiting to be given an explanation!

I know a lot of British people recommend Rightmove, but I've been in a couple of times about insurance and another matter and been unimpressed. There are several brokers that have been around a long time, but I've never heard of Quesada Insurance so that's why I asked. I've used Spanish Insurance/Generali for many years and tried others less good before them, but not come across a Kim, unless they've changed staff since I last went in.

It's not really about up-front service; it's about who delivers when it comes to making a claim.
Please share your good and bad experiences.

Rightmove are insurance agents not Insurance Brokers there is a vast diferrence.

My bad. Yes, I think you're right. Insurance 'people'. I've no idea which are which around Rojales. I go where I get good quality, service and price, in that order (for insurance and everything else for that matter).
