Sounds like you IPTV loaded on your firestick if this is the case Amazon will not support this, it is probably a IPTV issue maybe contact the supplier for advise

Agreed: Catch-up will be on the IPTV service loaded onto the Firestick.

Update Click the settings gear at the far right side of your screen.
Scroll down and select the My Fire TV option.
Then, click on About.
Now scroll down and select the Check for Updates or Install Update button.

I usualy get a weeks notice of big price drops from Amazon.es but nothing yet ,I do know the Firesticks have dropped in price on amazon.com could be a new version on the way
