Have had a firestick for a year and it’s been no problem,all of a sudden yesterday it wouldn’t play just buffered,it’s back on now though hit and miss and all the catch up tv has gone,re booted the stick still same,does anyone have any ideas?

Never seen catchup tv on a Firestick ?????
Sounds more of an internet supply problem

When you come out there’s a page with live tv box
EPG below,across from top to bottom is
Movies
Series
Catch up.
I’ve got tv back but no catch up.

Support for this device has just stopped. So this may continue to be a problem in future as well 8-(

Not that this helps, but we lost tv for a couple of hours yesterday, regardless of the weather being sunny and no sign of storms (the times when we would usually become pixelated or nothing at all). It’s on again today. So, maybe a satellite / internet problem?

Incorrect information there is full support from Amazon for all Firesticks
