What's the best (cheapest) internet provider / service for users that are only here part-time?

Many of the internet companies now have a 'switch on switch off' system for holidaymakers. The usual suspects which get recommended are Telfy, Vega Fibra and DVDLabs so probably best just to ask them all for a price.

Funnily enough DVB labs was the cheapest and from what I've heard one of the better providers here
