it should always be about Quality over Quantity every time, Chinese food is extremely cheap to make and the ingredients are always bought in bulk by the restaurant's to maximise profit. The free wine that some give you is best used to unblock drains :text-lol:

Yes seen 3 Chinese restaurant owners shopping in mercadona Beniofar
Also the owners of many spanish, British,Dutch bars/ restaurants in the area,

We saw an Italian restaurant owner buying up the lasagne in Lidls never went back after that.

I suppose they have to do their weekly shopping somewhere.........................

Seen the restaurateurs on different days with trolley fulls of food , you can tell they shopping for there restaurant with the quantity they had in the trolleys, so doubt it's there own personal food shopping if that's what your implying.

chef zhan you cant beat it was in there last night had a great meal it was my birthday they brought a cake out and played happy birthday music and gave me a bottle after shave and 6 brandies for everyone at no extra charge

Hardly anything of which they serve up tastes remotely like Chinese cuisine. And by that I mean all the local restaurants.
But it is generally good value, especially if you are having to budget for a family.

Yep, every time I'm feeling the pinch a little we go to a Chinese restaurant. It's cheaper than eating at home (have you seen the price of Soy sauce nowadays?)
