Can you order and receive goods from your uk Amazon account in Spain.

Don't do it. Use Amazon.es on Google Chrome and it will translate for you.

If what you want is available on Amazon.es, then that is the best route.

But if not, most products on the UK site can be delivered to Spain, and it works well. Amazon bill all the costs of import, which are somewhat offset by there being no UK VAT charged, so all the customs stuff is done for you.

Amazon will remove the UK VAT and add Spanish IVA plus any import duty. Add to that the import tax and shipping and will give you the final cost with it all done.

You can use any Amazon (de, fr , it etc) and may find it cheaper as the shipping costs are less and the VAT will be levied at the rate of the country you are buying from with no import duties on top.
And, of course, not held up to the mercy of the exchange rate.

I have found that if you go on to Amazon UK, find the product you like write down the exact description, as an example: Quick release fire blanket. Then go on to Amazon ES and put quick release fire blanket in the search box, the same item comes up. Then check the prices, generally Britain pays more for items on Amazon. So you are better buying it through Amazon Spain.. I don’t know if it applies 5o everything but it’s worth trying..

Find someone else Amazon are not a trusted site as far as I’m concererned here if yo have problems be prepared to converse in Spanish apart from ordering which they accept in any language!

I use my uk details on amazon Spain with no issues.

Amazon.es is a great site. They deliver to home or locker and pretty much all products can be returned for free at designated shops. We’ve used them many times and never once had a problem.
