If you change your location from UK to Spain, then things like magazines or newspapers etc on Kindle will be cancelled and you'll have to change the contract which will more than likely cost more.
(eg, my wife gets the Daily Mail on her Kindle. Keeping the UK location it is £8.99 a month but changing to Spain on a new contract it would be €23.99 a month).

Same with Kindle books. Keep the UK as your location and you get the books at UK prices and selections. You can even sign up to Amazon Prime Spain without changing your location. (about half the price of Prime UK0 but you'll only get free delivery from Amazon.es. If you order from anywhere else you pay delivery charges.

So simply log on with you normal username and password and add an address for delivery but don't change your location from UK to Spain. Change payment method if you wish.

You can do this with any Amazon site and you may find the DE or FR sites can work out cheaper.
