I always buy mine from them, good quality and prices. Delivery usually next day.
They also do the genuine cartridges if you prefer, but their compatibles are very reliable, unlike many.
I have been using them for many years, never had a problem.

That's why I don't update the firmware. Although I have an Epson, and Epson were stopped by the EU from doing the same. So it will be interesting to see how HP get on with that one.

I don´t have that problem as I use HP inks service. They monitor how many copies I make and send me original inks in good time before I need them.
I contract for 50 copies a month, which is ideal for me, and any unused copies are rolled over up to a max of 100.
This costs me 3.99€ per month DD, or 47.88€ per year for original inks delivered in advance to my door, excellent value in my book.

Trouble is I only use the ink rarely. Printing boarding passes and maybe copying a document... with such little use the ink dries out and it is expensive to use for just a few items. .

To help with that problem, keep the printer in a cool spot in the house, and switch it on occasionally, say once a month, so it goes through the start-up procedure (when it cleans the printing heads).
