Underbuild conversion

Regarding the Cert for Habitation.... we have our under build for storage only; so there was no need for this [ in our case ]

I think you will need to up date your habitation cert if you came to sell, if your underbuild becomes a usable space/ living space,
Up goes your suma bill.
