BURST WATER MAIN PIPE IN TILED COURTYARD

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE REQUIRED IN ROJALES AS IT HAS BEEN DISCOVERED THAT A
BURST WATER PIPE IN THE TILED COURTYARD ABOUT 2 METRES IN FOM THE WATER METER.
WATER HAS BEEN RUNNING OUT ONTO THE ROAD FOR SOME TIME.
I HAVE TURNED OFF THE WATER AT THE METER BUT A COMPETANT PLUMBER IS URGENTLY
REQUIRED

We used Leaktech. They were brilliant..

Thanks to you both for your help and advice.
Our house insurance was arranged by Sabadell who dealt with the exchange of funds from our French sale.
We contacted the house insurance rep in Barcelona who has arranged for an emergency plumber
within the next 3 hours. In the meantime the neighbours have been wonderful

They are usually a lot quicker than Leaktech or any insurance company.

I am disappointed that the insurance document issued by the bank failed miserably in helping what to us, at the time, was a terrible tragedy,
There is no emergency telephone number or Policy Number listed on the documents
There are 2 addresses listed, both of which do not identify the current correct address, the consequence of which, whilst I was trying to stop the river of water running through the courtyard, my wife was on the telephone to someone in Barcelona and other persons for well over an hour seeking help with the aid of friends and neighbours.
For your information. a plumber instigated eventually by the bank visited the house at 16.15 and worked incessantly until 17.30 when he detected and repaired the leak, The courtyard damage has to remain for a period of approximately 4 days before repairs can commence.

Definitely Bradley Construction and much cheaper than Leaktech. Have had both for leaks.

Hi all
We had a leak just outside our property on Monday,water seeping up through the concrete,on Tuesday morning a lorry turned up with two guys, within minutes and I do mean minutes!! they had a disk cutter ripping up the concrete,they fixed the leak within an hour.
My question is… how did they know?!!
By the time we realised it was a leak they were already here! we tried to converse with the men but they obviously just wanted to get on with it,
So, water pressure alarm system or something else that alerted them?
