Yellow Fever Certificate

Has anybody had a yellow fever vaccination locally? If so when, where and how much was it please? Was the certificate in Spanish or English or both and did it matter? This is for travelling in East Africa. We receive state health care, but I assume this would have to be private.

We went to the docs and was sent to Elche, doctor asked why we were even thinking about India, he knew more than us.
