Dispute with Painter - how to resolve it?

Quesada Colours is nothing to do with Freshlook, it is a shop that provides paint to Tradesmen & Joe public ( just like any other shop) he advertises lots of painters.

Quesada paints would be well advised to advertise their business only. If I hadn’t read J Coops post, I’d always have believed that he was connected in some way with Freshlook who dealt appallingly with the first poster. I’m a very trusting person and that could have me!
