Rojales Municipal Pools

I've seen the opening times advertised for the Rojales municipal pools. Does anyone if these refer to the Rojales Sports Centre outdoor pool(s) AND the one in Quesada (by Harry's Bar)?

And in particular has anyone used either of them and know the admission process i.e. can anybody swim there, prices and where to pay?
