Cleaner

I expect this has been asked many times but I need a cleaner for just a couple of hours a week to help me. I am on oxygen 16 hours a day so struggle and my husband has early onset dementia. Although I can manage a lot of things I need help with the harder jobs such as cleaning balconies, bathrooms etc. Any recommendations please.
